BH/RE, LLC, the parent company of Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino (PHRC), has adopted a code of ethics policy which requires our personnel to live up to the highest ethical standards, avoid conflicts of interest, and situations that may be detrimental to the company or its reputation. Included in the Code is the requirement that our personnel not have a significant interest in companies seeking to do business with the company or doing business with PHRC. The policy also prohibits illegal payments and a number of other activities. Additionally, we have also adopted a whistleblower policy which provides for anonymous reporting of suspected wrongdoing.
